Our pieces are made from quality materials like 925 sterling silver and 18k gold-plated finishes (and stainless steel on selected styles, like watches). Each product page lists the exact materials. All our jewellery is hypoallergenic & skin-friendly, so it’s comfortable for everyday wear. For very sensitive skin, sterling silver is a great choice.
Yes, our designs are water, sweat & heat resistant (no discolouration, no tarnish), so you can wear them daily. To keep your shine longer, rinse after salt/chlorine, pat dry, and avoid spraying perfume or lotions directly on the jewellery.
UK delivery is free. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 6–10 business days (total 7–12 business days from order to doorstep). You’ll get a tracking link by email, and you can always check status on Track Your Order.
You can return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We don’t do direct exchanges. Personalised items can’t be returned. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive your item. To start a return, email help@cherish-co.uk.
Yes, your purchase is protected by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing & material defects. If there’s an eligible issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your piece.
Add your initials/engraving on the product page and complete checkout. We start preparing orders quickly (orders placed before 22:00 are processed within 1–2 business days). You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering; after that we can’t guarantee changes. Please note: personalised pieces are made to order and are non-returnable.
