Refund policy


At Cherish-Co, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.

Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and labels.

Process for Returns

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cherish-co.uk for instructions.

  2. Return address: GLP Logistics Park, 404, 4th Floor, Zhenxing North Road, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, China.

  3. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: returns are shipped to our warehouse in China. As this is an international return, shipping costs can be significantly higher than a local return. These costs are fully at the customer's expense. We recommend contacting us first at support@cherish-co.uk; in many cases we can offer a suitable solution without requiring you to return the item.

Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or perishable products.

  • Digital downloads and licence codes.

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and processed the returned item. There is no restocking fee. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item, but this may vary due to processing times at your bank or payment provider.

Specific Return Procedures

  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. The easiest way is to return the product for a refund and place a new order on our website. Please follow the standard return procedure.

  • Change of mind: You can return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days and receive a full refund. Please follow the standard return procedure.

  • Faulty items: If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.

  • Damaged goods: Please report damaged items to our customer service team immediately for instructions on how to proceed.

  • Wrong product received: If the wrong product has been delivered, please contact customer service and we will arrange for this to be corrected.

  • Order not arrived: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service. After this 1-hour window, we are unable to accept cancellations due to internal automation that begins processing orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in line with our standard returns procedure.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
