All our jewellery is hypoallergenic & skin-friendly, so it’s comfortable for everyday wear. For very sensitive skin, sterling silver is a great choice.

Yes, our designs are water, sweat & heat resistant (no discolouration, no tarnish), so you can wear them daily. To keep your shine longer, rinse after salt/chlorine, pat dry, and avoid spraying perfume or lotions directly on the jewellery.

UK delivery is free. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 6–10 business days (total 7–12 business days from order to doorstep). You’ll get a tracking link by email, and you can always check status on Track Your Order.

You can return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We don’t do direct exchanges. Personalised items can’t be returned. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Yes, your purchase is protected by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing & material defects. If there’s an eligible issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your piece.
